Transfers
If you have purchased a property within our service area that already has an existing water meter, you may request a transfer of water service into your name. Our team will update the account information and ensure continued service at the location.
How to apply for a transfer of service
To request a transfer, please submit a completed Member Information Form along with the required documents listed below.

Required Documents
All required items must be submitted before a transfer can be completed:
- Transfer Form (must be signed by current member and notarized)
- Warranty Deed
- Valid ID
How To Video
If the Warranty Deed is under a company name, the applicant must also provide a Certificate of Filing along with one (1) of the following supporting documents:
- Limited Partnership Agreement
- Articles of Incorporation
- Certificate of Resolutions
After submitting your transfer application, our team will review it and contact you within 3 to 4 business days if additional information or clarification is needed.
