How to Apply for Water Service (Renter / Lessee)
To apply for water service as a renter or lessee, you must submit a completed Renter / Lessee Form along with all required documents listed below.

You may also visit our office for assistance with completing the Renter / Lessee Form. Our staff will be happy to help you fill it out.
Required Documents
All required items must be submitted before a renter / lessee account can be created:
- Completed Renter / Lessee Form (fully filled out and signed)
- Copy of Valid ID (Renter / Lessee)
- Copy of Valid ID (Property Owner)
*Please note that the remaining balance will need to be paid before we can finalize the agreement

Our team will not proceed with processing your application until all documentation is fully completed and either submitted through our support system or brought to our office in complete form.
Please ensure that all required documentation, valid IDs, and information are properly filled out and included at the time of submission. Incomplete applications or missing documents will not be accepted or processed.
