We make starting water service simple and efficient. Whether you are opening an account for a home or a business, our team will guide you through the setup process and ensure your service is established properly.
How to apply for water service
To apply for water service, please submit a completed Member Information Form along with the required documents listed below.

Required Documents
All required items must be submitted before a new account can be created:
- Warranty Deed
- Valid ID
- Certificate of Compliance from City of County (as applicable)
- Water Meter Sizing Form
How To Video
If the Warranty Deed is under a company name, the applicant must also provide a Certificate of Filing along with one (1) of the following supporting documents:
- Limited Partnership Agreement
- Articles of Incorporation
- Certificate of Resolutions
After submitting your new account application, our team will review it and contact you within 3 to 4 business days if additional information or clarification is needed.
