Cancellation
If you no longer need water service, you may request to cancel your account. Please note that cancellation of service will require removal of the water meter. Our staff will coordinate the process and provide any additional details needed.
How to cancel water service
To request a cancellation, please submit the required documents listed below.

Required Documents
All required items must be submitted before a cancellation can be processed:
- Cancellation Form (must be signed and notarized)
- Valid picture ID
