If you no longer need water service, you may request to cancel your account. Please note that cancellation of service will require removal of the water meter. Our staff will coordinate the process and provide any additional details needed.

How to cancel water service

To request a cancellation, please submit the required documents listed below.

Cancellations may be submitted by:

  • In person: Drop off your application at our office Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at 321 S Shary Blvd, Alton Tx 78573
