How to Use the Online Bill Payment Service


How do I register to pay online?

Account Registration

The first step to taking advantage of the online bill payment service is to create your account. To do this, click the Create an Account link. This brings you to the Account Registration like seen below. You will need an account number from a recent water bill in order to complete the signup process. Required fields are denoted by asterisks.

Once you have completed the account registration form above, you must agree to the terms of service by clicking the check box you will then see a green arrow click on the green arrow to register your account.

Next you must confirm by clicking yes or no that the account number you entered is correct.

Once you see the below Registration Successful Message you may login Above the message.



Once you login, you will see the My Account page.

How do I view/ pay with credit/ debit card?

Paying with a Credit/ Debit Card




1. From this screen you must select your payment method by selecting Credit/Debit Card.
2. Once you have made that selection the make payment now arrow will turn green then you can click the make payment now arrow.
3. Once you have clicked on the make payment now arrow you will go to a confirmation page, select the Continue Paying With Credit/Debit Card arrow. You will then be ask to authorize this payment by selecting the yes button.
4. Once you have selected the yes button you will see the following page.




5. Fill in the required information the billing information must match the billing information of the Credit / Debit Card you are using to make the payment. Double check all information to ensure a successful transaction.
6. Press Submit Transaction to submit the payment. (WARNING! Only click this button once to avoid multiple charges! The transaction may take several seconds to complete.)
7. You will then see the following message for a successful transaction and can print a receipt and return to your account screen.


How do I view/ pay with electronic check?

Paying with an Electronic Check




1. From this screen you must select your payment method by selecting Electronic Check.
2. Once you have made that selection the make payment now arrow will turn green then you can click the make payment now arrow.
3. Once you have clicked on the make payment now arrow you will be see the page below with an electronic check that you can fill out online.



4. When you have filled out the proper bank account information select the make payment now arrow. You will then see the following message for a successful transaction and can print a receipt and return to your account screen.

What if I'm past due?

Past Due

Your past due payment must be in our office by 5:00 pm on the due date in order to prevent disconnection of your water service. If your account becomes past due and you are not able to make the payment in full by the due date, contact our office.

If your payment is past due, paying online may NOT prevent your service from being disconnected or relieve your responsibility for any penalties, late fees or reconnect fees.

What if I've received a disconnection notice or have been disconnected?

Disconnection

In the event that your service is disconnected for non-payment of a delinquent bill, the past due amounts plus a reconnection fee will be required in our office before the service can be reconnected.

Please note that if you make your payment online for a service that is disconnected, the service will not be restored on the day you make your payment.

How do I view/ update my account information online?

You can view/edit your account information by clicking the "Edit My Account" button after you login

How do I add another account number?

Adding Account

To add another account number and allow you to pay for multiple accounts in a single transaction, go to "Edit My Account" and click on "Add Another Account" . Enter the account number and click the "SUBMIT" button.
How do I view my status, such as my current balance?

Account Status

You can view your current bill which includes the payment due date, any past due balance, current charges and your total balance due simply by clicking the "View/ Pay My Bill" button.
How do I view my history?

Account History

You can view your account history information by clicking the "View History" button after you login.
Is paying online secure?

Security

There are several methods used to ensure that your account information is secure:

  • Sign-in ID and Password:
    Your username and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as your username and password isn’t shared with anyone, no one can sign in as you.
  • SSL: We use SSL (secure sockets layer), which ensures that your connection and information are secure from outside inspection.
  • Encryption: We use 40-bit or 128-bit encryption (whichever your browser supports) to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.
